GREEN PLAN ($388): Providing 1 grassroots patient with face-to-face counseling sessions

SILVER PLAN ($888): Providing 1 grassroots patient with face-to-face counseling sessions and a Christmas care package

GOLD PLAN ($1,888): Support a public education event
All donations will be used in promoting mental wellness. All donations over $100 will be issued a tax deductible receipt.
